Koluchstyl is a modern martial art and combat sport developed in Poland that fuses traditional elements from Sumo, Judo, Wrestling, and Ju-Jitsu into a unique ground-fighting discipline. It is practiced for both competitive sport and real-world self-defense, emphasizing a balanced approach to physical, mental, and spiritual development.
TKoluchstyl was created in 2009 by Grand Master Wiesław Koluch, a respected Polish martial artist and sports innovator. His vision was to build a system that is effective, culturally inclusive, and accessible for all age groups—integrating key principles from global martial traditions into a single dynamic form.
